The Clark Volunteer Fire Department has been serving the community since 1924. Currently we have 48 members skilled in varying degrees of firefighting and rescue. We have two firehouses which hold our equipment. This consists of four engines, a tower ladder, a rescue truck, two support vehicles and two water rescue boats. We respond to an average of 450 calls per year. These include fires and alarms in industrial, commercial and residential buildings, car fires, motor vehicle accidents involving entrapments, hazardous materials and other miscellaneous rescue calls.
