Clark and San Antonio Unite for Health and Wellness Campaign
In a groundbreaking partnership, the Township of Clark and San Antonio, TX are joining forces as Sister Cities to launch a comprehensive health and wellness campaign aimed at improving the quality of life for residents. This collaboration seeks to enhance public health, foster cultural exchange, and create new opportunities, all while encouraging active lifestyles and healthy habits for all ages.
This Sister City initiative focuses on promoting health and wellness to reduce chronic diseases, improve overall public health, and reduce healthcare costs. This partnership is the newest addition to the activities and programs the Township of Clark offers as part of their participation in the NJ Mayors’ Wellness Campaign.
Residents can look forward to joint fitness challenges and a variety of activities and events, including fitness classes, nutrition workshops, and health screenings, available in both cities. Some events will be shared virtually, allowing residents from either location to participate together in their pursuit of wellness.
