See "Clark Through the Lens" Photo Contest Entries

Clark’s first-ever “Through the Lens” Photo Contest drew an impressive response, with nearly 50 entries submitted by residents. The top three prizes were presented at the August 18 Township Council Meeting, where photographers were recognized for their creativity and skill.

Mayor Angel Albanese joined Micheel Ruiz, a representative of The Kerry Group, to award the prizes. Thanks to Kerry’s generous sponsorship, winners received checks for first, second, and third place.

The winners of the contest were:

First Place: Erhan Simsek - Bald Eagle at Jackson Pond
Second Place: Lan Ge - Misty Morning in Oak Ridge Park
Third Place: John Sartoretti - Blue Jay at Jackson Pond

Congratulations to all the participants for showcasing the beauty of Clark through their lenses!

PSE&G Shares Plans of Reliability Improvements in Clark

Building a Stronger Electric System for Clark

PSE&G is moving forward with electric reliability upgrades that will directly affect Clark and neighboring communities. These improvements are part of a statewide effort to strengthen the power grid, increase redundancy, and ensure reliable service for the future. Locally, plans include building a new substation in Union County, transferring circuits currently served by the Clark Substation, and eventually retiring the older facility. The project is in its early planning stages, with major work expected between 2027 and 2028.
