Opt-Out of Driveway Deliveries in Clark

The Township has received several requests from residents asking how to stop the weekly delivery of advertising circulars left in driveways.

If you’d like to discontinue these deliveries, please call 800-376-6222 and give them your street address.  Please note that it may take up to 60 days for your cancellation to take effect.

It only takes a minute to make the call, and once processed, future deliveries to your home will stop.

Don't Miss Out On NJ Property Tax Relief - Deadline is October 31

New Jersey residents may qualify for property tax relief through ANCHOR and other state programs. The process and forms depend on your age and situation:

For residents 65+ or receiving Social Security disability:
Submit Form PAS-1 by October 31. This single form covers ANCHOR, Senior Freeze, and Stay NJ. You’ll need your 2023–2024 property tax details and income for both years. The state will review your eligibility and send benefit details by the end of the year.

For residents under 65 without disability benefits:
If you didn’t receive an ANCHOR Benefit Confirmation Letter (sent August 13), you can still apply using Form ANC-1 by October 31. Have your 2024 property bill and income information ready.

Both forms can be completed online — just have your driver’s license, state ID, or passport for verification.

Girl Scouts at Council Meeting

Girl Scouts Recognized for Inclusive Playground Project

During a recent Town Council meeting, Mayor Angel Albanese presented Certificates of Achievement to Clark Girl Scouts Alyssa Arnold, Jemma Galczynski, and April Fleckenstein, along with their troop leader Leigh Anne Jadro, in recognition of their outstanding community service.

Earlier this year, the scouts completed their Silver Award Project, which brought a communication board to Caitlin Nelson Park—a colorful, symbol-based tool that helps children of all abilities express themselves and play together.

Mayor Albanese praised the group for their vision and compassion, noting that their efforts have made Clark’s parks even more welcoming and inclusive for all.
