Winners were selected by a panel of judges. Each of the three winners will receive a stuffed decorative snowman, a Target gift card, and bragging rights.

Congratulations to this year’s winners:
Harper Harrison
Mia & Ellie Bowden
Lucas Knapp

Clark Recreation thanks everyone who participated. All of the entries were impressive, and the judges had a very difficult time making their selections. We appreciate all the families who bundled up, got creative, and helped make this winter event a success!

How to Report a Concern to Township (JPG)

Click here to report a concern today!

Report a Concern to the Township Anytime, 24/7

The Township of Clark offers a Report a Concern form that residents can use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to share non-emergency concerns related to health, environmental issues, or conditions around town.

This online form allows you to easily submit details, photos, and location information so your concern can be reviewed and routed to the appropriate department. Requests are reviewed during regular Township business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and addressed in accordance with Township policies and available resources.

Please note: Report a Concern is not an emergency reporting system. If there is an immediate risk to life or personal safety, always call 9-1-1.

Using the Report a Concern form helps ensure your request is properly documented, tracked, and updated — allowing Township staff to respond more efficiently and effectively. It’s the best way to let us know when something needs attention.
