TOWNSHIP OF CLARK
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS - 2026 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
(Due December 9, 2025)
Date of Addendum: December 1, 2025
This Addendum is issued pursuant to the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.) and the Township’s Fair and Open Process under N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The purpose of this Addendum is to formally revise the RFQ packet issued for 2026 Professional Services.
1. Removal of Exhibit G — Certification of Political Contributions
The RFQ packet included Exhibit G – Certification of Political Contributions. This form is not applicable to the Township of Clark’s 2026 Fair and Open solicitation and is therefore removed in its entirety. Respondents should not complete or submit Exhibit G, and its omission will not be treated as a deficiency.
2. Revision to Exhibit C – Submission Checklist
On Exhibit C – Checklist for Items to Be Submitted, Item 5 (Certification of Political Contributions - Exhibit G) is hereby deleted and should be disregarded by all respondents. Failure to submit this form will not affect the evaluation or acceptance of the submission.
3. All Other RFQ Requirements Remain Unchanged
All other instructions, requirements, terms, conditions, and deadlines contained in the original RFQ remain in full effect.
4. Mandatory Acknowledgment
Respondents must acknowledge receipt of this Addendum on Exhibit I – Acknowledgment of Receipt of Addenda included in the RFQ packet. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the submission.
