Union County Provides $250K Grant to Township

Union County Commissioner Chairwoman Lourdes Leon visited Clark this week to present Mayor Angel Albanese with a grant check that will help fund upgrades to the Sexton Pump Station.

The grant will cover more than 80 percent of the total project cost, significantly reducing the financial burden on the township while supporting essential improvements that benefit the entire community.

“On behalf of myself and the Township Council, I would like to thank State Senator Nick Scutari, Chairwoman Leon, and all the Union County Commissioners for this generous grant to help us upgrade the Sexton Pump Station,” said Mayor Albanese. “Enhancing this station is part of our ongoing efforts to keep essential systems running efficiently for the community.”

DPW Announces Special Flood Damage Bulk Pick Up

The Clark DPW Team will be making a special bulk collection of storm-damaged household items.  Residents must request this special pick-up by EMAIL ONLY at dpw@ourclark.com   

Crews will not take demolition/construction items such as sheetrock, flooring, toilets etc...  Please be sure to consult the list of acceptable items issued by DPW here.
