Councilman Bill Smith is the President of JOMEL Industries Inc., a Hillside-based company where he has served for more than 20 years. Alongside his professional career, he has been actively involved in community service and youth athletics, coaching Clark Girls Softball for 10 years and Clark Travel Basketball for 6 years. He also held leadership roles as President of both organizations.
Smith remains engaged in community life through his membership in Clark UNICO, where he helps organize the Annual Italian American Festival each Columbus Day weekend. Now serving his 13th consecutive year on the Clark Township Council, he is Chairman of the Parks and Recreation Committee and represents the Council on both the Public Works and Legislative Committees.
