O’Connor is a Certified Public Accountant that has built a successful career in accounting, finance and oncology sales for Fortune 100 companies. His financial background and private-sector experience provide a fiscally responsible perspective that guides his work on the Finance Committee, where he has focused on managing budgets responsibly and minimizing costs for taxpayers.
His priorities as Councilman include working with residents and stakeholders to thoughtfully shape a downtown that reflects Clark’s character while encouraging balanced residential and commercial development. O’Connor and his wife Nancy, also a Clark native, have raised two children, Kyle and Courtney, both graduates of the Clark school system and now pursuing successful careers. His mother, Barbara, continues to live in the family’s longtime Clark home, underscoring the O’Connor family’s deep roots in the community.
