Councilman James A. “Jimmy” Minniti is a lifelong Clark resident who has served as Councilman at Large since 2021. In this role, he has contributed as a member of the Planning Board, the Finance Committee, and as Council liaison to the Clark Fire Department. With more than 25 years of experience as a financial professional and business owner, Minniti brings strategic insight and a strong understanding of the community’s priorities to his work on the Council.
Beyond public service, Minniti has been deeply involved in local athletics. He has coached numerous youth sports teams, served on the board of the Clark Soccer Club, and volunteered with softball, baseball, and basketball programs. He also dedicates time each year to the Annual UNICO Feast and currently serves as President of the ALJ Booster Club, a nonprofit that raises funds to support student-athletes at Arthur L. Johnson High School.
Minniti and his wife, Ana, have raised four children in Clark and are proud grandparents of three. He values time with family, whether at the Jersey Shore or traveling together, and takes great pride in his role as husband, father, and grandfather.
