Councilwoman Jessica “Jessie” Hoff has been a Clark resident since childhood and is a local business owner and dedicated public servant with a passion for community. A graduate of the Clark Public School District and Fairfield University, where she earned a degree in psychology, she now lives in town with her husband, John, and their three children—Riley, Lucy, and Johnny.

Hoff is the Broker and Owner of CENTURY 21 JRS Realty, with offices in Clark, Rahway, and Cranford. For more than two decades, she has guided families in achieving their dream of homeownership, mentored real estate professionals, and built a respected business across Union County and beyond. She also serves as President of the BBAA, a national association of CENTURY 21 brokers.

Appointed to the Clark Town Council in 2025, Hoff brings leadership, transparency, and a strong work ethic to local government. She prioritizes fiscal responsibility, communication, and thoughtful planning to maintain and enhance the quality of life for all residents. As liaison to the Library and Board of Education, she values the opportunity to support two institutions that were an important part of her own upbringing.

Earlier in her career, Hoff served on the Clark Board of Education, reflecting her long-standing dedication to education, recreation, and essential community services. Known for her accessibility and straightforward approach, she remains committed to listening to residents and leading with both compassion and consistency.
