Construction

The Clark Township Construction Department is responsible for the enforcement of codes and regulations as set forth in the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code.

  • Ralph Contardo - Electrical Sub Code Official and Inspector
  • Sam Infante - Fire Sub Code Official and Inspector
  • Bob Parin - Plumbing Sub Code Official and Inspector

To schedule an inspection please visit our Online Services portal.  Inspections are performed on Tuesdays and Thursdays and are scheduled according to availability.  Due to the nature of the work, exact times of an inspector's arrival cannot be provided. Inspectors will arrive some time between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
