Benish, Stephen C., PFC, age 20, U.S. Army, "Killed in Action" 28 November 2004 in Ar Ramadi, Iraq, when he received enemy fire while on a dismounted patrol. Benish was assigned to the 1st Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, Camp Howze, Korea.

This Fallen Hero resided on Ivy Street with his family prior to his entry into the Army. Benish graduated from Clark's ALJ High School in 2002. Benish is buried at St. Gertude's Cemetery Colonia, NJ.
