The Open Public Records Act (OPRA) ensures transparency by providing the public with access to government records. This page allows residents, businesses, and members of the public to formally request access to eligible records maintained by the Township of Clark.

Next, save it to your device, and then email it to clerk@ourclark.com Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by the Municipal Clerk or designated Records Custodian in accordance with New Jersey law. You will receive confirmation and any applicable updates regarding the status of your request.
Applicants are required to clearly identify the records being requested. Providing precise descriptions and relevant details will assist in ensuring an accurate and timely response. Should additional clarification, fees, or extensions be necessary, the requester will be notified accordingly.
