NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
COMPETITIVE CONTRACTING INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES
Notice is hereby given that the Township of Clark, Union County, New Jersey, is soliciting
proposals through the competitive contracting process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-
4.1 et seq. for the following:
MANAGED INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) SERVICES
Proposals are being solicited for comprehensive managed IT services, including
implementation, maintenance, cybersecurity, and strategic advisory support for the
Township’s technology infrastructure.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available beginning July 3, 2025 on the Township’s
website (Click here to see full request for proposal) or by contacting the Business Administrator’s Office via
email at ba@ourclark.com.

Proposal Submission Deadline:
Proposals must be submitted no later than Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at 10:30 AM to:

All proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked “RFP for Managed IT
Services – Clark Township” and must comply with the requirements specified in the RFP.
The Township reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in accordance with
applicable law.
